New York Fashion Week

Some of my favourite looks from New York Fashion Week so far

Alexander Wang
I normally like how he gives his collections a sporty twist, but with his fall collection it was much more pulled together less relaxed. This look is one that I favoured with the crisp lines and gas mask style collar.

 Jill Sander
I have a weakness for monochrome, and male styled shirts. Hence my reasoning picking this look out of many form her show.

Kimberly Ovitz
This dress is simply stunning. The fabric flows so elegantly, and the soft, lilic, feather like patterns only add to the appeal of this dress.

L.A.M.B
I absolutely adore these boiler style suits from Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B collection. Inspiration for this collection was the 60's, which is evident through the beehive up do's and the twiggy lashes. I could see myself wearing any of these three jumpsuits, so anybody reading this, feeling generous, a size 8 will be perfect.

Prabal Gurung
This collection was probably the best I've seen so far. Colours travelling from blacks through to beautiful royal blues, shifting to elegant golds. Fabrics changed from metallic to lace, to almost foil like (see last image). The variety of looks showed off how talented he really is.

Guilty pleasure - Monochrome shirt and blazer combo. Z Spoke - Zac Posen.
